Jensie has 27 years experience in commercial real estate, asset management, leasing, acquisitions, finance, and has developed, redeveloped and acquired over 10 million square feet of retail properties of all types including grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use villages, power centers, regional malls and urban infill projects.
An honors graduate of Washington & Lee University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, M.B.A., he spent 17 years as Senior Managing Director for Faison Associates and Trammell Crow Company. He serves on the Board of Directors for Burroughs and Chapin Company, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the southeast, where he chairs the Strategic Planning Committee and serves on the Investment Committee. He won the Top Retail Producer award from the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors in 2012.
Jensie is a member of the ICSC, Urban Land Institute, Charlotte Region of Commercial Board of Realtors and holds the CCIM designation. He has served as Board Chair Charlotte Preschool Partnership, Board Chair of the Central Avenue Bilingual School, Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and serves on the Executive Board of Thompson’s Child and Family Focus and on the Board of Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest.
